Construction Scheduling

We build Baseline Schedules in Primavera P6, Microsoft Projects or Smartsheets
with very quick turnaround periods (48-72 hours).

This is made possible because the generation of the activities, predecessors, 
​successors, durations are frequently automated in Python Scripts that are
trained on a large dataset of existing schedules & TAKT plans.

We also offer 4D scheduling capabilities that utilizes information from a BIM
​model to produce a timeline for construction activities. 


Building Information Modeling

We offer in-house design services to contractors, owners and designers in Revit and AutoCAD, including clash detection, quantity take-offs and design development. 

Column in the way of a window? Pipes running through ducts? Catch issues early in the design phase and avoid redesign and rework. With us, your projects can improve in coordination and accuracy from conceptual design all the way to turnover to Operation & Management.

Optimizing Workflows

By improving internal processes and strategies, we can help bolster your team's productivity . We help get rid of repetitive and mundane tasks in Project and Financial Management. 

Our team can help with Data Visualization and Data Analytics for a variety of tasks within a project. In the past, we have helped build internal Python scripts, Power BI Dashboards and Excel templates for submittal logs, cost reports, punch lists etc.

We consult on efficient the use of latest software in the Construction industry, such as Procore, Bluebeam and help streamline relocation and transfers from older platforms.
